Corii

Built by someone who's sat on your side of the table.

I spent 16 years working alongside foundation and nonprofit boards, and I watched the same scene play out at nearly every one of them: someone rebuilding the board package from scratch at 10 p.m., hunting for the right version of last month's minutes, hoping the motion wording matched what was actually voted.

The software that fixes this exists — but it's priced for hospital systems, sold through demo calls and procurement gauntlets, and built on the assumption that a dozen volunteer directors will happily adopt a new app. None of that describes the boards I know. So I built Corii: the whole meeting cycle, run from one staff login.

Every Corii app runs on infrastructure hosted in Canada, and every record you create is yours to export any time — no lock-in, ever. BoardBook is the first app; more of the suite is on the way, all sharing one login and one calm, easy-to-use design.
