1. What we collect
When you get in touch or your organization is set up on Corii, we collect your organization name, your name, and your email address. Any payment details are handled by a third-party payment processor — we never see or store your card number. Once your organization is set up in BoardBook, the governance data you enter (meetings, agendas, minutes, policies, board rosters) is stored for your organization only.
2. How we use it
We use your information to set up and run your Corii subscription, send you service and billing notifications, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your governance records to train AI models beyond what's needed to provide features you've enabled within your own organization.
3. Where it's stored
Corii's infrastructure is hosted in a Canadian region. Your organization's data stays there. Any third-party service we rely on (payment processing, email delivery) is evaluated for how it handles data residency before we use it.
4. Your rights
You can export your organization's records at any time as a PDF. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — we'll confirm what's deleted and on what timeline.
