Corii

Terms of Service

Last updated July 11, 2026.

1. The agreement

These terms govern your organization's use of Corii's apps (BoardBook and any other Corii app your organization subscribes to, together the “Service”). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Your subscription — including any trial period, the apps included, and the price — is arranged directly with Corii when your organization is set up. Billing follows the plan you agree to at that time. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your data

You own the data you put into Corii. You can export your board books, minutes, and policies to PDF at any time. If you cancel, we'll give you a reasonable window to export your records before deleting your organization's data.

4. Data residency

Corii is hosted on infrastructure located in Canada. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law — see our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty & limitation of liability

Corii is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and your records safe, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

6. Ending the agreement

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or end an organization's access if payment fails and isn't resolved after we've reached out, or if the Service is used in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Corii's operating business is registered.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll let you know about material changes before they take effect.

9. Contact
